Floor pan plugs

I have a 2001 Wrangler and I only have three floor pan plugs, found this nice tid bit out when I removed the moldy carpet and painted the pan.
Question is where can I get one online? I can't find the right p[lace and the dealer has to "order a 4 pack"

Are they sold by a 4 pack because there's 4 of them in reality?

I leave mine in so the water will stay out
if I get water in I yank the plugs, of course when I wash the inside I use a garden hose now that theres no carpet to ruin, and yank the plugs then too.
