Fog lights?

Ok so i bought a 97 jeep tj 2.5 about mid november and when i went to test the fog lights they didnt work so i checked all the wiring and the previous owner tried to wire them right to the battery but the jeep has a stock switch and iv been told theres a relay to connect the lights but im not sure which one it is could anyone help by telling me where it is and some pics would help to

I don't have pics, but I can tell you that there are two relays involved in the fog light circuit. Fog light relay #2 is wired between the headlamp switch and the fog lamp switch and is energized by the headlight dimmer switch. Fog lamp relay #1 is wired between fuse 25 in the Power Distribution Center (same place the relays are under the hood) and the fog lamps, and is energized by fog lamp relay #2. It is wired this way so that when you hit the highbeams, it is supposed to kill the fog lights.

Do u kno if theres any way to ever ride it so i can have both on if needed
