Frame

Hello everyone, I noticed today, my frame is very worn-out, has a quite bit of rust on it... Was wondering how I could fix it? Sand it down, then primer, then spray some rustoleum to it??

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

I saw a frame of a Jeep wrangler today at the junkyard... Couldn't tell if it was LJ or TJ because everything was stripped already... but might go look at it. Looked better than my current one...

Time for either major welding or new frame... check salvage jeeps in your area, sometimes the frame is fine and the price is right too... there is daveysjeeps.com.. but they are in ohio....

Ok, thanks.
I saw one yesterday. I might call and ask if it was a TJ or LJ and how much they would be.
My dad works in Ohio so might be good. Goes there for 2 weeks comes home for 3 days etc etc. lol

Called the salvage yard and they said for a frame, 150$ at most... The one I saw looks fine, it has a few rust spots here and there, not as big as mine. I guess I could re-inforce it with some steel of some sort.. but 150$ for a frame? hell yeah!
