Frame differences in 97-02 and 03-06 TJs?

What are the frame differences between the 97-02 TJ's and 03-06 TJ's?

Brackets, steering, dimensions and what ever else?

Thank you

The only major differences I am aware of are where & how the steering box and transfer case skidplate bolt up to the frame.
