I recently replaced the coils, shocks and lower control arms (front only) on my 97 Tj with no lift. Now the front passenger side sits much lower than the driver side. The whole front end was sagging before the install, however, now just the passenger side sags. I tried swapping the new springs, but the jeep still sagged regardless of the springs. I tried loosening up the new control arms in case they were holding the axle but that did nothing. Pretty frustrated/confused at the moment, any help would be awesome. Thanks
How much is it sagging? Did you bounce your jeep with a jack after you finished the install? Disconnect your sway bar and see if anything changes. When this happened to me when I did my first lift kit, my passenger side sagged a bit. Bouncing it seated everything and it got more level.
It gets worse when I disconnect the sway bar. I tried bouncing it but it didn't seem to do anything. I haven't taken any measurements yet because it was late but the difference is noticeable at least an inch maybe 2.
Make sure your front lower control arms are seated correctly. I am not expert, but when I installed mine, I had to make sure the "notches" on the inside of the arms were the same on both sides
