Front end tick

I'm hearing a tick in my left front tire whenever I'm taking a right turn, any idea what I should be checking for? 2004 i6

Well, make sure there isn't something stuck in the tire like a rock or whatever.
you can crawl underneath and check simple stuff like something rubbing, something loose, etc..
You can jack it up and check ball joints, shocks, whatever.

You can remove the tire and check the brakes to see if anything is wrong there.

simple stuff first.
