The piston in your caliper must be sticking, no big deal. You will need to dissasemble and replace the brake piston seal or the o-ring, clean the piston, make sure it's not pitted, re-assemble, fill with brake fluid and bleed. Not expensive at all. Good luck. Laters,

You can also get remanufactured calipers from Autozone or Kragens for like 20 bucks.

To get too where you need to be
try going in reverse with brake applied
this can ajust brakes sometimes
also just pump the brakes to stop
use the top half of brakes

Thanks guys. I got home both front brakes were really hot. I got it lifted and I could hardly even spin the tires off the ground... Took them off and they are sitting out in the garage cooling off.. What should I do to start I checked the fluid and eveything

Well for starters replace both calipers. Check the pads and rotors as well. I would say do a home bleed of the system with a big can of brake fluid to flush it all out. If you still can't get a hard pedal then take it to a shop.
