I'm assuming jeep just uses one standard instrument cluster for all models, guessing yours have never been illuminated?

Front and rear lockers are factory equipment on the Rubicon model, I'm guessing all jeeps have this dash since it would save Chrysler a couple bucks to have all made the same. If you don't have the switch next to rear wiper you don't have factory lockers.

This is true. I've got a cruise control section on my cluster. But I don't have cruise control.
