Front Shock Bushing Stack

I received a new set of Bilstein 5100s and am about to install them. I took the old shocks off but half the bushings were missing and didn't stand as a good guide to follow. Also, the instructions came in German and super grainy pictures.

What is the correct stack for the bushings on the upper mount? It seems like it should go nut, washer, rubber bushing, frame mount, rubber bushing, washer. I have heard that's the incorrect mounting though. Can someone shed some light?

Sounds right to me, only thing check the bushings, they sometimes have one or two that have I'll call it a nipple on it/them. This small round extension normally drops into the hole in the frame mount, to act as an insulator, to keep the shock shaft from hitting the frame mount.
