Fuel filter?

Where are they? Is there only 1?

There is only one, it's a whole assembly inside your gas tank that includes the gas gauge sensor, the fuel pump, and the filter (along w/ a small prefilter). It's large enough that it shouldn't ever need to be changed unless the pump goes faulty.

A really helpful member on WranglerForum wrote up a removal process to replacing the pump unit, but as I said, the filter shouldn't be giving you any problems. Its good for usually the life of the vehicle. Check that link out for some pictures of the whole assembly.

Yep, the OE fuel filter has a positively huge surface area, is extra-fine, and should never need replacement.
