Fuel Pump Issue

I have replaced my 97 TJ back at the end of last year. Gas guage seemed to be working fine. Now I believe that fuel pump has gone bad since TJ's have had a known issue. Could my pump be good and something else causing this issue? Any advice or info is greatly appreciated.

This doesn't make much sense to me?? I'm guessing you mean that you had the fuel pump replaced a year ago and now your fuel gauge does not work??

I can be right on the red line and my needle will do all the way to saying completely empty but I can still drive miles on end. Is there a fuse or something else that could be the problem?

how many miles? When my tj hits the red it can have as many as 5 gallons left.
I never use the gauge just fill up every x number of miles generally.
