Fuel pump went out twice in 2 weeks!

Ok so last weekend I replaced the stock fuel pump with a new bosch fuel pump. Now just today I got back from lunch and hopped a curb to park closer to where I work and the engine shut off, I tried to start her back up and nothing. I'm 99% positive its the fuel pump again because I don't hear it turn on when I turn the key. Would it be possible that there is too much/not enough pressure in the fuel lines and its burning up the pump or does it sound like an electric surge?

Possibly a bad pump. There is a valve on the fuel rail that will let you know if there is any pressure in the fuel system and how much. Buy a fuel gauge as they are cheap or borrow one from a friend. I do not believe the fuel pump will turn on if there is enough pressure in the system so you may not hear it at all.

She's been starting fine all week though, would it show any signs that it was a bad pump if it was bad?

Where is the fuel pressure sensor located that would prevent pump operation?
