Unhappy Fuel Tank Power Connector

Anyone know how to disconnect the fuel tank power connector? I need to replace the fuel pump and can't seem to figure it out. 1998 Wrangler Sahara.

Thanks

The small red tab gets pushed to one side to release the latch. A lot of times there is dirt under it that won't let you depress it, so blow it out with some compressed air. Another thing that helps is to squeeze it tighter together to let the latch release and then pull it apart. Don't force it, when you have it right, it comes apart very easily.

Yup, that did it. Once I got the tank lowered I used a rubber mallet and wooden dowel to loosen the big plastic lock ring, then used the same mallet and dowel to tighten it once the new fuel pump was installed. Back on the road again. BTW, the fuel pump stopped working in my driveway! There's no good place to have a breakdown, but some places are better than others.
