Funny Noise, 97 Sport, Anyone else?

Ok, so a month ago I had a solid thunking noise from the rear end. Discovered a shock bushing was destroyed. Replaced shock. Now its back and is not a shock making the noise. anyone else have this issue? Just trying to see what I can do to fix. It has to do with suspension because its only when I hit a bump. Have a 2" spacer lift. shocks that are suitable for a 2" lift. I have been told they are topping out but I can jack jeep up pretty far before i top out shock. So eliminated that issue.... Help??
