Funny sound accelerating/decelerating between 0-25 mph

I'm getting a strange sound when I first start driving at slower speeds. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Here is an audio clip. I drive a 2006 Jeep Rubicon edition.

Maybe the front right wheel. Definitely the front of the jeep.

Hard to really hear the audio that clearly through my iPhone, but it sounded like a squeak.
Could it be a brake problem? Maybe the backing plate has some crud stuck in between it and the rotor? Could try prying it away with a screw driver.
Also, do you have greasable ujoints up front that haven't been greased? There could also be a ujoint that's on it's way out. Check them for play. A bad joint can make some nasty noises.

sounds like a u joint. my rear u joint went out last month and started squealing pretty bad. but it sounded more like grinding metal not chirping.
