Gear ratio???

About to jump from 32's to 35's. what gear ratio should I go with?

What engine do u have? What is ur transmission? Need a little more info before giving u advice

Does changing ratios of re-gearing not affect warranty on vehicles? If not, how does one go about it, I have 35" MTZs on my 2012JKUr with a 2" OME lift. Do I have to go to my dealer to gear up?

Don't switch to a manual

What auto trans? TJ Wranglers used the 32rh from 97-02 and the 42rle from 03-06

That will make a differnce on what ratio is right for you

Exactly, whether it is a 32RH or 42RLE will make a HUGE difference in what ratio is right for any size tire. I agree on not switching to a manual too. Hardcore offroaders regularly switch from manuals to automatics, I did, few switch the other direction. Autos provide more (2-3X) low-end torque and provide an infinitely low 1st gear ratio which gives a superb crawl ratio... all due to the torque converter which is part of any automatic transmission.
