Ring and pinion front and rear, carrier bearings, pinion bearings, seals, shims, gear oil, inch pound torque wrench, foot lb torque wrench, a good dial indicator with magnetic base to measure back lash, a good impact wrench or big breaker bar for the pinion nut. And a lot of time and patients. Most kits you buy have everything you need. It may be a good idea to find a good shop with a good reputation near by to put them in. Or buy the gears from them and have them put them in.
