You are going to have to help us out a little bit with your stock gears, there are a few combinations, but I would say if you are looking for "stock" street performance, you will need 4.88's or deeper for 38's.

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

Everything else aside you would need 5.13 gears to bring it back to stock performance. However the D30 won't go that deep if you are planning on staying with that.

x2

I would think about axle upgrades as well instead of just gearing. With 38's you might want to look into some full widths.

Cool. If your going with 60's or 14 bolts then you can get very deep gearing to where it wouldn't be any kind of an issue.

Yeah, if you are going with something that will hold 5.33's then go for it. I know a couple guys that are running that ratio that are SLOOOOWWWWW on the trail, and they love it!
