Gears and tires

I have a 2002 Sahra with 30s and 3.73 gearing from the factory. Will I get lower engine RPM with smaller dia. tires or larger dia. tires?

The taller tire you use the lower rpms you will have and the smaller the tire you have the more rpms you will have. Remember when you change tire size your speedometer will be off to some degree.
