gears question

looking at some D35 4.88 gear sets, what is the difference between normal rotation and reverse rotation? Which one should i go with?

shouldn't be a reverse rotation for a TJ in the D35.
The front 30 will need normal rotation. Reverse rotation is for high pinion axles.
