grease boots

I have the Currie tie rod and drag link (currectlynk) and it seems to me that the grease boots should hold a lot more than they do. They pump up to a reasonable amount and then it all runs out. This also happens on my Pitman arm. Is this normal or should the little boots be replaced?

You just want to fill the boots until they feel firm. How often are you greasing them? If you overfilled them you could have popped the boot and thats why its running out now. Either keep them greased by greasing often or replace them.
