Every time i turn sharp right it feels and sounds like the tire is grinding against the frame, an awful sound..but when i looked its not hitting the frame. So what could it be? any ideas?

What width tire do you have and what backspacing on the wheel?

With wider than stock tires on a stock rim or "other" rim with lots of BS. Tires can rub on the control arm and the swaybar.

Also...check your axle ujoints.
