grounding straps

so putting my jeep back together, the strap that was attached to the back of the head has two other rings to connect somewhere.....was just wondering where they went.

on my 98 4cyl, not sure if its one piece or not (never taken it off) but it looks like 2 grounds mounted to the same place on firewall with one lead going to the back of the head and the other mounting to the underside of the hood. hope this helps!
