Had to cut my retaining nut off now I need some input????

Ok just replaced my steering box on my 2001 wrangler. The retaining nut would not come off so I ended up cutting the retaining nut off to try to get the pitman arm off well low and behold that would not come off either!! So now I have a new gear box mounted with no retaining but or pitman arm, does anyone know where or what I can do about getting a new retaining nut.. Hope someone chimes in on this pretty fast! Thanks

That's not a common nut, I'd go to the dealer if you need it right away.

X2 and if you're going you might as well take the box and let them remove the pitman arm for you. It won't take five minutes.

Yeah I called the dealer you can't buy the nut and washer! They make you buy a new steering box. Already called them
