Hard Doors...

After having my soft top doors sliced (on Fri 13th, sadly...) I'm looking for a pair of either hard upper doors or full doors. Black 99 Sahara, so anything 97-01 should work. I have looked on e-bay, Craigslist, Quadratec, etc... Not much luck (as I don't want to put brand new doors on my 11 year old Jeep). Anyone have any tips? Anyone selling? I live in NC, so pick up would be preferable, but I won't rule out shipping.

Yeah, I've called all the junk and scrap yards in the area, nobody had them, except one guy who said "the only doors I have are on my jeep, and they aren't for sale!" *add a very heavy southern accent*

I know a guy who owns a junk yard too, and he is on the look-out for a pair for me. No luck yet, and its been 6 months too.

I dont know where you are in NC, but check with Marsh Auto Parts in Siler City. They buy wrecked Jeeps and rebuild them. They may have a set for sale. I know they had some hard tops as well.

Thanks, my friend at U-Pull It told me about that place. I called and couldn't get anyone on the phone, but I'm going to keep trying. I'm in the CH/Durham/RTP area, btw.

Hey, gang! I am in Burlington and looking myself for a set for winter. (just easier to roll up/down windows at drive thrus when it is cold!)

I will let you all know what I find at our local junkyards, in case there is something there you can use!

Keep me in mind if you find some that are reasonable for a 2002 TJ. It is light silver, but I am willing to have them painted if the price is right!

If you look on the Marsh website they have quite a few in stock. Not sure on the pricing. They seem a bit proud of what they have, but they may have better prices if you speak to someone. I used to know the guys there, but most of them have retired. Not many familiar faces.

Also, check out NC4x4.com. They have a for sale area where you may get lucky.

Yikes! They have my exact year, model, and color! Thanks! Bookmarking that page!

A little steep for me at the current level of my savings account, but maybe in a month or two....:>

Called them, they didn't have any. Told me upper sliders are a pain too! I'm still looking. Any suggestions.
