Hard to find bolts?

Where do you guys look to find bolts that are not easly found?
I need a bolt for the back seat seatbelt. Its the one that holds the to short ends to the floor. I think it is a M12-1.5x30mm or a M12-1.25x30mm. I have checked every hardware store, parts store's and the dealers said they cant find the size and its cant order it. I have looked at ebay and it looks like I would have to order 10 of each.

Straight from the dealer. Alot of those are shouldered and shouldnt be replaced with a standard bolt.

I took my back seat out and also the seat belts. I'll be glad to give you the bolt you are looking for free of charge. Don't think it will cost more than a dollar to mail so I'd be glad to cover that. Just PM me if you are interested.
