Hard top keeps popping off.

So I've been doing some rough driving with the Jeep, 1st time with the hard top put back on and periodically the latches that hold the hard top to the roof will just pop off, the left wouldn't stay on so I loosened the 6 torx screws and repryed it on. Then this morning after some rough logging roads, both popped off. Is that normal? If so I guess I can always just keep latching the front back down, but I figured that the roof should stay latched once it's put in.
Thanks

you're right, it should stay latched once you put it on. Is the top warped at all? It might have happened while it was off your rig.

I was told to support the top by the top of it, so I set it on top of a patio table, that wasnt enough to keep it off of the ground, so I put phone books under it and over the patio table to keep the base off of the ground. THEN I bolted it right back in and latched it on. GRANTED this was big off roading and I did fear for my life a few times... BUT it's probably nothing more serious than people here have done, but did I put my roof back on wronge???
