Hardtop back window

OK, placed the hardtop on this past weekend (new to me)- is there 'supposed' to be some kind of a latch that keeps the back window closed? There is nothing on there (inside or out) and am kind of worried that when driving down the road it could pop open, especially if my front windows are open. Also concerned because, although we all know how easy it is to break into a wrangler, this makes it even easier for the crooks. Am I crazy, missing something, or just got screwed again on yet another used part for a vehicle?

Thanks in advance-
Kelly in Michigan

Mine stays closed with the tailgate. Close the window then the tailgate.

yeah there is no actual latch, the tailgate holds it shut. just shut the glass then shut the gate.

... like they said... close the window, then shut the tailgate... then LOCK the tailgate if you need to secure your stuff.
