Hardtop Wiring

Can anyone help me, I've searched old posts and I can't find an answer

I have a 2002 TJ and have just got a 97-02 Hardtop, I know they changed the wiring for the 01-02 TJs, are the connectors on the Hardtop different for the 97-00 and 01-02 models? If there is how do I identify the year of the Hardtop?

I want to order a wiring kit and if I need adapters I'd like to order them at the same time to save on shipping costs to this side of the water.

Thanks for any help.

I'm not totally useless....I can be used as a bad example.

Here's a picture of the plug pin-out on a "99". Can't help with the newer one.

Interested in this too. I've got a hard top and it looks like someone hacked up the wiring on the truck-side of my harness. If anyone knows where a harness can be had, and whether it's the same for all years of TJ, I'd like to know as well.
