hardtops leaking water

Hello, new owner of a 2004 Wrangler Sport and I have a hard top on it at the moment. Well, last weekend it rained like crazy like it always does in Portland Oregon. Noticed I have a couple of leaks where the top meets the body. Any tricks to making these not leak? Thank you in advance for any replies.

Replace all the rubber gaskets all around.........for one thing.

Not for nothin, but.......even the 2008 Freedom Top I bought, leaked. Got rid of it!!

I put some 2" wide x 1/8" thick foam tape down along the tub rails on mine just to feel like it's sealed pretty good. Mine didn't leak before I did that, it's just a peace of mind thing. The PO of my jeep put some kind of gasket sealer on the tub...when I took the top off for the first time, I spent 2 hours scraping and buffing that stuff off.
Just be careful not to put something on there too thick though, or your top may be tough to fit back on.

Now my rear window leaks into the very back....things get wet, but I don't have anything important back there anyway.
When I painted my grill with truckbed paint, I raised up my carpet in the very back, and gave it a shot of paint as well.
I'm just under the asumption that Jeeps can take on a little interior water from time to time so I don't fret too much about it.
