Harmonic Balancer?

Recently bought a '98 Jeep Wrangler and after a few months of driving I began to notice slightly more vibration going on in the engine than normal. After some investigation, I found that my belt had a pretty concerning wobble and I've been told that replacing my harmonic balancer would fix this. A quote for $400 from my mechanic has led me to believe it might be best to just do this myself.

Being a total newbie to all of this, I was hoping to gather any helpful information that you guys might have on how to go about getting this replaced.

Where would be the best place to get this part?
I've been making some calls and apparently after Chrysler went bankrupt, jeep wrangler parts aren't the easiest things to acquire.

Is this something that is relatively strightforward, or am I going to need additional tools/equipment?

Will there be any "fine tuning" required after installation or is it a simple swap out?

Any additional information would be great.

chrysler bankrupt hasn't made parts hard to find, wrangler parts are everywhere.

secondly this job does require a few special tools. a harmonic balancer puller is needed, and usually can be rented at a parts store. also if you have the 4.0 motor there's not a lot of room to get the bolt out that holds it on, one big bolt in the middle. may have to pull the readiator to get an impact gun on it. i have a chain strap wrench to hold the pulley to use a breaker bar, but i wouldn't recomend it if you don't know what you're doing cuz you can cause damage with it. otherwise the engine just spins while you try to loosen the bolt. installing isn't very tricky but people have stripped out the bolt trying to tighten it down with only a thread holding it on, sometimes you have to hit it with a hammer a few times to seat it on the crank. there's a reason a shop charges 400 bux.
