Don't know since no link or pic. Hmmmm "High Definition"... lol

Depends on where you get it from... and with it being ebay who knows.

where from if you have a link....

Best places to buy from is Tom Woods, HAD and Coast Driveline. They atleast have warranties with them and can often help trouble shoot if you have problems.

If it doesn't have a CV (double-Cardin) at the end that bolts to the transfer case, it's the wrong driveshaft for a TJ. If it isn't as advertised, & it doesn't sound like it, you can file a complaint through eBay and have the charge disputed and eventually reversed by your credit card issuer.

You can use that drive shaft, they will work but I would not enjoy it. When you flex all the way out you might be putting more wear ad tear on that top ujoint. I would call ebay and tell the seller it is not the correct unit.

To putting the CV on that driveshaft no it will not work since it will be way to long. Sorry

It almost look like the slip coupler is home made or fabbed, since there's a welded washer on there for balancing it. Doesn't seem like enough of a balance for the rotation force.

Not as it is. His front axle's pinion angle is set up to work with a CV style driveshaft so as is, that driveshaft he bought would cause severe vibrations. It cannot be used as is. He would either have to lower his front axle's pinion angle way down which will screw up his caster angle, or have one end of it converted to a CV joint.

thanks so much guys i guess its time to call ebay. the sell still stands by his claim that it is fully intended for a 2001 wrangler. but i guess we know better as well as all the driveshaft websites and other vendor sites that only sell cv style front ds
