Header Cracked Any Ideas

My '97 Sahara's header has the common problem is seems that it cracked. I was wondering what companies headers people have had good luck with and have reasonable prices. I looked into the Banks, but I heard that the performance gains will not justify the price that it costs. I ordered one off ebay but have had problems getting it. Let me know of any good ones out there.

I picked up a pacesetter for mine its a 2.5 but no problems so far. you definatly need a new one, DONT WELD! I had a buddy do a weld job on one of his rigs and it didn't do a very good job because 2 days later it cracked. banks, borla, gibson they all make good headers. I found that ebay wasn't always the best solution, some auctions have high prices and like to mess with you. check around online and see if you can find better prices. I think I bought mine on http://www.autocom.com/catalog/shopp...rtNo=P40701138 these guys have pretty reasonable prices and free shipping on $100 + orders. good luck with the search let me know if I can be any more help.

I just replaced my this week. I bought mine off ebay. It is a Chi-com slave labor model. $96 for the header, gasket, mounting bolts and shipping. It's an all day job to replace it but not too bad.
