Headlight upgrade--couple of questions??

I have been looking at the upgrade to the "Composite" style lights such as the IPF's and Delta's and also the Rampage setup. Question I have --is that can any of these be drilled with a 1" hole saw to install hide away strobe tubes?? I know most standard headlights from the factory can be--just wasnt sure about these here. Has anyone here tried to do this and which setup did you use ?? thanks in advance
