Headlight wiring issues - highs not working.

Hi all. I purchased a pair of SUI Tech 7" LED headlights to upgrade my 2000 TJ sport off Amazon about a month ago, and the install was supposed to be a simple plug and play. When I plugged them in and activated the lights, one was on low-beam and one was on high-beam. When I pulled the high-beam switch back, they reversed.
Now, I've taken the wires from the wiring harnesses and switched them to every configuration possible trying to resolve the issue. When I looked harder I noticed that there was a severed (purple) wire on the passenger side which I soldered back in place. I also noticed that the LED light wires were in different configurations when they were shipped to me, so I have no idea what the correct configuration is. A buddy and I brought the LEDs onto the work bench and supplied 12V using various configurations and proved that the lights work (highs and lows) so the issue must have been in the jeep somewhere. As stated above I re-did some older hack wiring jobs by soldering the lines in and made sure that the harnesses were wired the same on both sides. Plugged the LEDs in and the lows worked, but now I can't get the highs to activate when pulling the switch. I am at a total loss, does anyone have any ideas?
Does anyone know what the proper wiring setup is for the stock wiring harness (purple, red, and black wires)? I currently have it set as purple on bottom, red on right, black on left...
Thank you in advance.

Plug them straight in without the anti flickers or swap the h4-h13 adapters from one headlight to the other. What probably happened is the adapter is cross wired wrong. Switch the side thats not working right to the other side and you will know if it's the anti flicker or the adapter that's bad. Either one is only s few dollars on eBay.
