My heater in my 98 tj used to be very very warm but now it's not as warm as it used to be any suggestions on how to spike the heat?

Flushing the cooling system would be the first place I'd start

I agree with Hyper, flush it and make sure to run the heater while doing so to clean the tubes out. It will probably tell you to do the same in the flushing chemical instructions.
