Heater control switches

I've replaced the hi med low switch that controls the heater 2 times in the last six months. The last time it melted one of the terminals.
Any ideas?
Thank you for any help

Could possible be the Blower Motor. As these things age they get bogged down and draw to much current and can be the cause to the switches to fry.
