Heater problem

I hopes in my 2005 wrangler today and my heat is stuck on defrost and wont switch to any other settings?

Were should I start to figure this one out?

Its all vacuum that makes it work. check on the back side to find the popped off vac line or one line that is cracked. if everything is good make sure yout switch handle isnt stripped. and if those lines on the backside are all good, follow the vacuum lines ntil you find the one thats cracked or popped off. On my brothers XJ i had to seal off a crack in a bumper vacuum pod thing.

Common for the vacuum line to pop off the intake.

The reason it is "stuck" on defrost is because that is the default setting.

It is a vacuum line.
