Before you buy the resistor, I would pull the fan switch and check for corrosion or melted wires. Although it may be the resistor pack, you usually wouldn't have any low speeds besides high.

Mines doing this too. Only blows on 4th setting which is all or nothing baby!! Which leads me to believe its the blower motor resister thing because i believe 4th setting bypasses it

On my 03 and my neighbor's 03, we both lost fan levels one by one. First 1 went then later 2 then 3. It was the resistor.

I'm having the same issue! Speed settings 1-3 do not work, 4th setting works great. I own a 03 TJ and where do I purchase these resistor(s)?

Thank you,
-Sam
