help asap again!!

I recently replaced the fuel pump and it fixed my problem for i would say 300 miles but now the jeep seems to be spuddering, knocking (under passenger side i believe). I cant figure it out and don't understand why it is back!!! Any help would be awesome.

Are there any codes? When does the knocking starts? All the time, only when moving, any pattern that you can see? Passenger side .. from the engine or by the transmission?

i believe its near the tranny, and its when im moving and giving it acceleration halfway. i can rev it up and it will be fine but when i get going and then start to give it gas (accelerate) it wants to die on me!

plus the check engine light is not on
