Help! clicking type sound from motor

Today my jeep started making a clicking type sound (sounds like a turn signal) that speeds up as I bring the rpm's up. Its coming from somewhere right by the alternator. and I can feel the "ticking" when I touch the belt. and the main pully by the bottom of the motor looks like it might be crooked a tiny bit, but it might look like that because its muddy and has a few clean spots. and thats about all I can see.

Im going wheeling tomorrow and want to fix it before i make the drive.

What could this be? and what other info do you all need to diagnose this?

Thanks in advance for any help,
-Matt
