Help identifying a part

I'm assuming this is some kind of light setup does anybody know what this goes to or works with

It looks like some sort of mirror mover so that you can run mirrors when you take your doors off.

They look like the Rugged Ridge Quick Release mirror brackets...

No. I have those on my Jeep and thats not what it looks like.

Is it on both sides? if not could it be for a CB antenna?

Looks like it could be for the safari style mirrors. Possibly an out-dated style bracket?

Definitely a mirror bracket (for the round ones with a stem) I used to have them, but don't recall the brand.

yeah they are on both sides thanks guys I might take them off i was hoping i could stick a certain type of light in there..
