Help identifying axle

Found this at my father-in-law's new house. Any ideas? It says front axle on one of the corners so I know that much. There was no cover for the diff which is about the only way I know how to identify.

The bolt pattern and the shape look very similar to both a Dana 44 and Dana 60, but don't know for sure.
