Help me please!!! no compression on cylinder #2

I just heard from the shop and they said there was no compression on cylinder #2.

My '06 LJ has 61000 miles. On Saturday I participated in an organized trail run. 90 highway miles after leaving the trail, the LJ developed a bad misfire accompanied by a check engine light. I checked the air filter and it was clean and replaced the plugs and the coil rail the following day. The original plugs only had about 7 miles of problemed driving on them and did not look bad. after 15 miles of driving, some of the new plugs looked bad so I replaced them with Champion Double platinums -- same results.

today the shop said absoloutely no compression on Cylinder #2. Could this be related to the cam/sensor issure that has been plaguing these engines?

Thanks,
Richard
