HELP - Mounting Winch

I can't find a mounting plate for a Runva 8000 winch. the mounting pattern is5.9" x 4.5". Does anyone know of a universal plate or where I can get a specific pate made for mounting this winch?

Just get a standard winch mount and a sharp drill bit.

5.9x4.5"? For an 8,000 lb. capacity winch? That small footprint wouldn't give me a lot of confidence in that winch or its true pulling capacity. The usual winch mounting dimension is 10.5" x 4.5".

Some of those fine winches like that are rated while pulling on a mild slope not like what one on a jeep would be used. Does that winch have a crank handle on it like a boat trailer would have or is it electric?

I see now! it has a real short drum and only holds 45' of cable, Ya a drill motor and a sharp drill bit will fix that.

I found it on Runva's website & it says the Runva 8000's mounting bolt pattern is the standard 10x4.5" I mentioned above. Runva 8000 lb. winch Something isn't right somewhere. With that smaller 5.9x4.5" mounting bolt pattern, it doesn't sound like one of their 8,000 lb. winches... like it is something much smaller in reality.

The one I found said it had the 5.9x4.5' pattern and had a short drum that only held 45' of cable and it was listed as an 8000lb winch.http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ201086925
