HELP - Shifter Boot

My TJ has a 3' BL and the shifter boot is loose and makes life difficult when shifting gears. I cannot seem to find the right part to purchase so that the shifter boot is attached to the console. Whenever it was lifted prior to me owning it this "retainer" if you will was not reinstalled. Can somebody tell me what I can do to fix this other than just taking the boot off all together! Any help is much appreciated.

I would love to but don't have the cash for it right now. It came on the Jeep when I bought it. Any other suggestions?
