What stabilizer bar are you talking about? Steering stabilizer? Do you have a picture of better description of what you're talking about?

steering stabilizer bar link i assume

its the stabilizer bar that attaches to the frame

I'm sorry but I'm still lost here. Is it on the front end of the Jeep where all of the steering components are?

Try this picture and tell me the name of it.
