Here we go again another problem!

Ok I just put a 2" zone lift in my 01 and got to the part where I had to lower the transfer case skid plate with the picks supplied in the kit, it asked me to loosen up the 4-13mm bolts that I guess go to the transmission or something. Well I on blastered all the nuts and let em sit a Lil bit took a 3/8 ratchet and started loosening them up well 3 loosened up and the 4th snapped right off. Is this anything to worry about? Because I have Mao idea on how to fix it u can't see above the skid plate on how it is mounted.

You snapped the head off the tranny mount bolt. The three remaining bolts should be enough to tighten the mount to the skid

3 studs should be enough, however, I personally would replace the transmission mount. I'm picky though, and wouldn't run a mount with a broken stud on my Jeep.

I assume you are referring to the skid plate bolts which in turn holds up the transmission. The bolts thread into nutserts inside the frame. There is nothing to see. Alot of times the nuts break loose inside the frame. If yours are still good, just drill and use an ez-out to get the rest of the bolt out and replace it.

I believe he is talking about the transmission mount. Easy enough to replace when you drop the skid plate. I put a heavy duty urethane mount in and hated it. With the auto transmission the engine vibes were awful at idle. I ended up buying a stock unit and replaced the urethane.

there are 6 skid plate bolts and they are 19mm not 13mm, he is talking about the trans mount, just replace it !

Yes I was talking about the 4 that are in the center of the skid plate, I guess I just need to secure the transfer case and I can back those 4 nuts off and then loosen the 6 bolts that hold the plate and the skid plate should come down I am going to replace the trans mount sounds somewhat easy to do. Got a little nervous when I saw that twist off, now I hope the 4 bolts that mount the trans mount to the transmission break loose with No problems.
