As far as your galleries go, you will have to have it pressure flushed somewhere or you can try running an oil additive through your system that you can find at an auto parts store. With winter coming up I would run 5W-30. You can "adjust" your oil pressure somewhat by changing the weight of the oil. For example if your pressure is too low with 5W-30 then move up to 10W-30. You wont notice a huge change in pressure between the
5W- and 10W- oils but there wil be some. I also agree with 04moneypit, you should have your system flushed and checked for leak down.
