Hood latches

Since I laid over my jeep back in 06, I've had issues with my hood latches, especially the passenger side. I have a new hood that I'll be putting on, and after test fitting, I see that it sits proper again. BUT, I have a broken hood latch I need to replace.

Anybody got a spare one around here they're not needing? If not, is eBay my best source for these?

Or to ensure I don't have the problem again, should I just get those lockable kind that don't use the rubber? Or would hood pins be the best way to go? I'm just not trusting those OEM latches any more.

Kelly, That'd be sweet. I won't have my new hood painted by then, so there's absolutely no hurry. If those locking ones work well for you, I may just go that route for a more secure method anyway. With compressors, gel batteries, and other stuff in there, the security isn't such a bad thing.

slf, if you find it let me know.
